~ ORDERING
INFORMATION: Orders can be placed by post, telephone or via our
secure online shop using Paypal. The pieces of jewellery are
unique, so it is not possible to buy more than one of the same
piece of jewellery. If you would like to buy more than one
piece of jewellery please let us know, so that we can modify the
price of the postage of the second one.
~ ORDER ONLINE: This is the easiest and the more secure
purchase mode, follow the
instructions that you will find using Paypal.
~ ORDER BY EMAIL: send us an email to info@naturalbijoux.com
with the pieces of jewellery you would like to arrange a payment
by cheque or via Paypal email payment method.
~ ORDER BY TELEPHONE: Our telephone numbers can be found on
our "Contact us page". Please have your order details
and credit card numbers handy.
~ RETURNS: Unwanted
goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return the goods
together with the receipt in the same condition that they were
received in. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage
and packing.
~ DAMAGED JEWELLERY: Please let us know if your jewellery
arrives damaged or if there are any other problems within three
days of receipt.
~ POSTAGE COST: Postage and packaging costs, and Paypal
fees are included in the price of
the jewellery, which will be detailed on the receipt. However if
you live outside the UK, from where Naturalbijoux is situated, a
supplement for the delivery is required.
